Apply for a Grant

To better suit the needs of our community and provide more impactful grantmaking, non-profit organizations can apply for either a Capacity Building or Program/Project grant. Applicants may only have one open grant at a time. This application is intended to help us evaluate your organization’s qualification for a grant from the Community Foundation of Noble County. Before you get started, please review our Available Grants page for an overview of each grant fund.

You will be asked to upload a few documents; we recommend you have them readily available in PDF or Microsoft Office format.

• Operating Budget
• Program/Project Budget
• List of organization’s current board of directors
• A copy of your organization’s IRS 501c3 verification letter.
• Cover letter
