P.U.L.S.E. Teacher & NPO Grants

P.U.L.S.E. of Noble County is a group of service-minded youth who meet monthly to organize community projects that benefit Noble County and grant philanthropic dollars to other organizations making an impact. P.U.L.S.E. stands for Philanthropists Utilizing Life-long Service and Education.

Application Deadlines:
  • January 5, 2026
  • September 5, 2026

Grants up to $1,000 are awarded to school personnel and nonprofit organizations to enhance programs, activities, or projects that align with the P.U.L.S.E. mission statement. Examples include educational trips, special events, and creative projects that provide resources for the youth of Noble County.

Any K-12 school personnel employed at a Noble County public or private school, as well as any nonprofit organization serving Noble County, are eligible to apply.

Note: When applying please make sure to fill out the correct application. The TEACHER APPLICATION is for teachers and the P.U.L.S.E APPLICATION is for nonprofits.

Applicants must create an account and provide their name, email, phone number, school, position, grade level, subject area taught, or area of service to students. The application should include the amount requested, a summary of the project, the problem the project addresses, the plan for addressing the problem, and an explanation of the project’s impact and measurable outcomes. Applicants must also upload a budget and a letter of support from their building principal. All required materials must be submitted to be considered.

Applicants must create an account and provide the organization’s contact information along with the contact information of the person completing the grant application. The application should include the amount requested, a summary of the project, the problem the project addresses, the plan for addressing the problem, and an explanation of the project’s impact and measurable outcomes. Applicants must also upload a budget and a copy of the IRS Tax Determination Letter. All required materials must be submitted to be considered.

If awarded a P.U.L.S.E. Grant, recipients are required to complete a Grant Agreement and submit a Final Report. Failure to fulfill these requirements may jeopardize future grant requests.
