The Community Foundation of Noble County administers many different scholarships to help students achieve their educational dreams. Though the list typically changes from year to year, scholarships are generally offered mid-November through January, with a few exceptions. The scholarships awarded are to be used for tax-exempt college expenses, excluding housing or transportation unless otherwise stated.
