Noble County 4-H Endowment Restricted Fund

The Noble County 4-H Endowment Restricted Fund was established in May 1999. The purpose of these funds is to provide funding for the operations of the 4-H Program in Noble County. The funds were established as part of a matching dollar opportunity through Lilly Endowment. The 4-H Program has been a vital youth development program in Noble County for 100 years. Noble County 4-H has a rich tradition of developing life skills and leadership skills in the youth of Noble County, with many alumni becoming leaders in government and community organizations.
