CFNC Leadership Fund

At the Community Foundation of Noble County, we believe the strongest investment we can make is in people. Every program we offer, from youth leadership to small-business growth, is built on that belief.

Through PULSE of Noble County, students in grades 8–12 discover what it means to give back. They learn that philanthropy is more than writing a check-up. It’s giving time, talent, and heart. Over five years, these young leaders grow into compassionate, confident citizens ready to make a difference wherever they go.

We extend that same spirit of growth through Nonprofit Leadership Workshops, empowering more than 100 local professionals each year to build stronger boards, raise vital funds, and tell their organization’s story with confidence. And with Small Business Workshops and Invest Noble, we help local entrepreneurs turn vision into opportunity through education, mentorship, and community-focused loans.

All of this is made possible through the CFNC Leadership Fund, a fund created for people who believe in leading by example. This fund fuels innovation, mentorship, and a stronger Noble County for generations to come.
