Donor Story
The George O. Witwer Fund was established in 1991 by George and Dorothy Witwer. The Witwer’s were the first individuals to donate to the Community Foundation as they saw the importance of philanthropy and giving back to their community. Mr. Witwer served as a board member of the community foundation from 1991-97.
