The Celebrate Community Fund was established to provide ongoing support for the programs, goals, and objectives of the Celebrate Diversity Project. Launched in 2001 with a Community Alliances to Promote Education (CAPE) grant from Lilly Endowment, Inc., the fund promotes cultural awareness and understanding in Noble County.

Note
“Culture” refers to the education of different ethnic races. Examples of grants awarded through this fund include:
- School-wide studies of Italian, French, or Mexican cultures.
- Translation of brochures and other informational materials.
- Cultural community programs and events.
