For two East Noble High School seniors who will be pursuing a post-secondary degree. Applicants must have a 2.50 to 3.00 cumulative GPA at the time of application with preference going to a Rome City student and/or has had involvement with East Noble High School archery, basketball or football (manager, trainer or player) in this order. Pays $1,000 one time. (CFNC)

Benjamin H. Murray

Ben was born November 10th, 1993 to Howard and Elaine Murray. He graduated from East Noble High School in 2012. Before his passing, he was a student at IPFW, studying with the goal of working as a math teacher and basketball coach.
