What is 30 by 30?

The 30 by 30 Opportunity Fund Program is a community-wide initiative to establish 30 new endowed opportunity funds by June 30, 2030.

Through this program, individuals can create a named endowed fund that supports the Community Foundation’s ability to address Noble County’s most pressing needs and greatest opportunities, both today and in the future.

How the Program Works

Participants commit to a pledge of $2,000 per year for five years, for a total contribution of $10,000.

To maximize the impact of each gift, the Community Foundation will provide a 2-to-1 match. Every $1 contributed by a donor will be matched with $2 from the Foundation, creating a $30,000 named endowed opportunity fund.

Opportunity Funds are unrestricted endowed funds that provide the flexibility to address changing community needs over time.

Unlike designated funds that support a specific organization or purpose, Opportunity Funds allow the Community Foundation to direct annual distributions where they are needed most.
