Congratulations to the Noble County Community Fair for being one of our first 25 grant recipients!

Back in April of 1993, the organization received a $2500 grant to help complete the paving to make the buildings handicap accessible.

Mary Ziegler (pictured), the Fair Board Secretary, was honored with a $250 grant commemorating the organization’s initial grant 25 years ago.
