Congratulations to the American Red Cross for being one of our first 25 grant recipients!

Back in September of 1993, the organization received a $1,550 grant to purchase 5 new manikins for CPR instruction.

Sue Smith, Noble County Red Cross Volunteer, was honored with a $250 grant commemorating the organization’s initial grant 25 years ago.

Board Member at Large Chuck Wysong delivered the grant award.
