Donor Story
The Town of Avilla Permanent Restricted Fund was established in June of 1999 by the Avilla Town Council. The purpose of this fund was to assist in supplementing the town budget and allow the Council to make purchases where funds may not be otherwise available. The income has been used for vehicles, police equipment, street repairs, etc. The Avilla Town Council chose to establish the funds at the Noble County Community Foundation because the foundation was local.
