1st 25 Grants – 23 – Noble County Soil and Water Conservation Dist.

January 2, 2017/in News /by Margarita White

Congratulations to NC Soil and Water Conservation Dist. for being one of our first 25 grant recipients!

Back in August of 1992, the organization received a $2,500 grant to help fund a progressive environmental education guide for elementary students.

Nick Hosted, Kyle Bailey, and Tom Fortman, all Board of Supervisors members, were honored with a $250 grant commemorating the organization’s initial grant 25 years ago.

Noble County Community Foundation thanks the NC Soil and Water Conservation Dist. for their continued service to the community. We appreciate your partnership all those years ago.
