Congratulations to SCAN for being one of our first 25 grant recipients!

Back in April of 1992, the organization received a $15,000 grant to enable the school to provide in house services for parents at risk of abusing their children in Noble County.

Rachel Tobin-Smith, SCAN Executive Director, was honored with a $250 grant commemorating the organization’s initial grant 25 years ago.
