Community Foundation of Noble County Awards Over $340,000 in Scholarships
Ligonier, IN — The Community Foundation of Noble County is proud to announce that more than $340,000 in scholarships have been awarded to Noble County high school seniors and college students in 2025—opening doors to brighter futures throughout the region.
These scholarships, made possible through the generosity of local donors and the thoughtful service of volunteer selection committees, help reduce the financial burden of tuition, books, and other education expenses. Students from Bishop Dwenger, Central Noble, Churubusco, East Noble, Prairie Heights, and West Noble high schools were celebrated at recent honors programs for their academic achievements, service, and a demonstrated commitment to their future.
“The Community Foundation of Noble County is honored to offer over 65 unique scholarships designed to support students with diverse backgrounds and goals,” said Jennifer Norris, Director of Scholarships. “Our scholarships recognize a wide range of qualifications, including GPA, community service, extracurricular activities, work experience, career ambitions, and the colleges or universities students plan to attend. These opportunities span fields such as education, medical, engineering, agriculture, and more.”
Margarita White, President and CEO of the Foundation, added, “These scholarships are an investment in the future of Noble County, a lasting way of giving back to our community.”
Scholarship applications for 2026 opens in late November 2025.
