Do you have children? Own a home, vehicle, bank account, or other assets? Have wishes about who should receive your belongings or care for your children? Estate planning is for you.
The Community Foundation of Noble County invites community members of all ages and stages of life to attend a free Write a Will Workshop on Thursday, October 22, featuring estate planning attorney Jacob D. Atz of Atz Law Office LLC. Atz earned his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington in 2010.
A will is not something you only need later in life or after you have accumulated significant wealth. If you have children, property, financial accounts, personal belongings, or people you care about, having a plan can help ensure your wishes are known.
During this free workshop, attendees will learn more about wills and the estate-planning process and gain information to help them begin planning for their own future and their families.
Whether you are a young parent creating your first will, have recently married, purchased a home, experienced a major life change, or simply have been putting estate planning off, this workshop is a great place to start.
