Ignite Your Future Scholarships

IGNITE YOUR FUTURE PROGRAM
The Don Wood Foundation invited community foundations in northeast Indiana to present the Ignite Your Future scholarships to students in the communities they serve.  This is a two-year pilot program.

2025 Ignite Your Future Scholarships
Applications to open November 25, 2024 and conclude January 16, 2025 at 11 pm.

The Ignite Your Future Program creates opportunities for high school seniors living in Noble County, Ind. who seek to advance their education in fields related to engineering, industrial technology, and machine tool technology. Examples of fields that Ignite Your Future Program supports include those considered part of Industry 4.0, which is the digital transformation of manufacturing/production, related industries, and value creation processes.

$25K Bachelor’s Degree: Up to $3,125.00 per recipient per semester** – Application opens 11/25/24 to 1/16/25 at 11 pm
High school students who are pursuing a degree in the following fields are eligible:

~Fields related to Engineering and Industrial Technology such as automation engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, industrial engineering, materials engineering, controls engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering design, computer and information technology, automation and systems integration technology, cybersecurity, data analytics, mechatronics, robotics, and industrial informatics
~Technology Education or technology leadership
~Sales or marketing
~Organizational leadership and supervision
~Entrepreneurship
**Students must maintain a 2.00 or better GPA (with transcript upload) at the end of each semester to receive future payments.
